• Monitor and manage food supplies, ordering stock as needed to ensure meal preparation runs smoothly.

• Support children in developing healthy eating habits and accommodate cultural and allergy-based food requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.

• Collaborate with educators to incorporate food education into children's learning experiences.

Administration staff provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the Early Learning Centre. They handle daily administrative tasks, assist families with enrollment and queries, and support the leadership team in managing compliance and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enrolment processes, record-keeping, and Centre documentation in line with regulations.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to families, staff, and visitors.

• Support the Centre Director with scheduling, compliance paperwork, and reporting.

• Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and handle invoicing where required.

• Assist in coordinating events, staff meetings, and communications with families.

• Ensure all workplace health and safety procedures are adhered to in the administrative environment.
