Meet Mel our Centre Director

For 29 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in early childhood education. I began as a support worker for children with additional needs, and from that very first role, I knew I had found where I was meant to be.

What I love most is seeing the pride and joy on a child’s face when they achieve something they’ve been working towards. Those moments are what make this work so special.

I believe children thrive when they’re given the freedom to make their own choices, with caring educators by their side to guide and support them. Children are capable, curious, and full of potential, and it’s our role to nurture that as they explore, question, and grow.

Our centre has been thoughtfully designed to give children the space to imagine, create, discover, and learn through play each day.

I’m truly excited for the journey ahead and feel grateful to be part of yours.
